How To Make Masala Mashed Potatoes - The Perfect Side Dish For Indian Curries

If you have read through a number of Indian food cookery books, you may have noticed that many recipes ask for ghee. Ghee can be purchased in Indian markets and some grocery stores but it is also very easy to make your own. It is really just clarified butter.

Now take your very clean hands and start mixing it all into a nice ball. You should knead it for about ten minutes so that you have a smooth well formed dough ball.
 

 


Skimmed milk: Skimmed milk is produced by removing the cream from the milk. It can be consumed by people who are suffering from heart diseases and obesity. Skimmed milk is fat free and can be consumed by people of all ages.

Almost every one of these promoters claims that he alone is the myth buster in the matters of abdominal fat, obesity, and nutrition. They entice the gullible obese and over weight people to purchase their e books and equipments.

They all eat very well. No one worries about getting fat. No one bothers ever about cholesterol. They are all blessed with lean and shapely bodies. Of course, I do not include those boys who are congenitally fat from their child hood in these observations.

 

 



One of the near essentials, Ghee is used all over the Indian continent. Basically a clarified butter, ghee has one of the highest smoke points of any oil and is wonderful used for frying because it does here not go rancid easily. Once made, ghee can last months if stored in a tightly sealed container, away from heat and light. It can be stored in the refrigerator, but will need to come to room temperature before use.

In a powerful blender, blend the cashews and cauliflower. Add the lemon juice and water 1 tablespoon at a time. Stop adding when you reach the desired consistency. When it is whipped together, remove from the blender and move to a large bowl. Fold in the garlic, chives and sea salt - blend well. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of chives.

To add extra flavors, heat 2 tsp of ghee (clarified butter) in a wok and fry the nuts for a minute. Add the ghee along with the nuts over the cooked dessert.
